ok, I'vebeen sick for the last...count them...17 days. I had an infection, the medicine they gave me only half helped, so they gave me stronger antibiotics that worked too well and took out ALL of the bacteria in me, leaving room for a different type of infection to appear, and then the medicine they gave me for that gave me an allergic reaction...sweet...I can't win!. and it's taking forever for the medicine to work, but Praise God, I feel better. cause honestly, I don't think I would have been able to do training camp feeling like I did. so..thank God

Today, I thanked God all day, because miguel and I went to the church service in Jackson, MI at Comunidad Agua Viva. and it was the most beautiful service ever. The message was about how we can mourn, but also celebrate when brothers and sisters in Christ die, because, while we'll miss them, they're having a much better time than they were, cause they're at jesus' side and I doubt that they'll ever get bored. Also the pastor, Thad Roller, talked about how that we're living in right now is only a temporary tent while we'll have a permanent house in heaven. I've heard that message several times, but there's something about having it preached at you in spanish that was just amazing. The people there are awesome, very very welcoming. Everybody there speaks spanish or english or whatever.

AND GUESS WHAT. There's a woman there that I met, named Prisila, who is from SAN JUAN DE LA MAGUANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!!!!!!!!!    that's where I'll be in like 3 weeks!!!!!! weird!

so, also, God thing. Miguel and I were planning on going to Agua Viva on sept 9th to meet Thad and the church and stuff, but I mentioned to miguel that I was gonna go today and after we hung up on the phone, he texts me saying that he's coming with me. He got off work to go to church with me :):):):):):):) and it was amazing, and also I found out that Thad and his wife aren't eveng oing to be there on sept 9th, so it's just amazing that Miguel decided to come today! praise God!

I think he really liked it, and I pray that he'll go whenever he can, even while I'm gone, and that Thad will be able to hang out with him and stuff. cause, I feel terrible leaving miguel alone without any real christian fellowship, but that church is amazing!!!

I think I might attend there when I'm at U of M next year. Wow, I just love it.

OH on a whim, I decided to mail a support letter to my indifferent great aunt in Oxford, England, and one to my anti-God great aunt in Paris, France. Well, my english aunt called me asking for the address again, so she could support me! I had her mail the check to me, and I'd put it with my support card and I"m mailing it tomorrow. and it's for a hundred dollars! I'm still sorta hoping my french aunt will support me, cause that'd be amazing. She' must be 80 something, but she's so against God. :/

oh and miguel gave me a hundred dollars. it was so special of him :)

if you'd be praying for Miguel, and Thad, and this woman at Agua Viva who lost her husband this week to cancer, and for this woman whose brother in law was in a serious accident that should have killed him but is alive with 6 - 9 months hard recovery. And pray for my teammates, Emily, Chelsea, and Angelo. I just love them so much. Especially be praying for Angelo, he needs some serious giving to happen. So, if you were gonna support me, you can do that by going to Angelo's blog angelopadin.myadventures.org and clicking onthe red link on the lefthand side that says Support Me!

that'd be amazing. Thanks guys, love you all

2 weeks, 2 days and counting (can you believe I started counting at 56 weeks??)
